Frequently asked questions
Where do my scenes go?
Library keeps drafts, processing jobs, and ready studios.
A line is attributed to the wrong character
Fix it in the line list before you prepare the clip, or keep that line in VO from the studio.
The studio is empty
The clip is still processing, or no character was selected to dub.
How do I change language?
Open Settings and switch the interface language. Emails follow French or English; anything else falls back to English.
The Sign in to continue button did nothing
That happened when a large clip was being saved before login. It now goes to login immediately. Files up to 2 GB are accepted.
Google sign-in failed
The OAuth client must allow https://www.rythmoclip.com/api/auth/google/callback as a redirect URI. Then try again from Login.
Do free browser tools upload my file?
No. Compress, convert, cut, resize, crop, and GIF run in the tab. The studio is a separate path, under New.
