1. What RythmoClip is

RythmoClip is a browser-based post-sync studio. It lets you drop a video clip, transcribe the dialogue, select characters to recast, record your voice on a rythmo band, and export a mixed MP4.

It is a creative tool for personal projects, fan work, practice, and educational use. It is not a broadcast production platform.

2. Your content and responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the files you upload, the takes you record, and the exports you share.

You may only upload media you have the legal right to process: content you created, content under a licence that allows dubbing, or content covered by fair use in your jurisdiction.

You must not upload content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or that infringes third-party rights.

3. Account

You need an account to use the studio. Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile page. Deletion is permanent.

4. Free trial and billing

New accounts start with a 7-day free trial of the Pro plan. No credit card required to start.

If you subscribe, you will be billed monthly ($12.99/mo) or annually ($89.99/yr). You can cancel anytime from your profile page. Cancelling stops future billing and does not refund previous charges.

Prices may change with 30 days notice.

5. Service availability

RythmoClip is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uptime, processing success, or permanent file storage. Features can be added, changed, or removed.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend accounts that upload content in violation of these terms, abuse the service, or impersonate others. We will notify you by email before action unless immediate action is required.
